SAPC KIDS

Mission Statement

The mission of the Children’s Ministries of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church is to proclaim the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, our only hope in life and death, and to provide an inviting environment where children and their families can fellowship with and encourage one another and grow together toward maturity in Christ.

Sunday Mornings

Sunday School-

Sunday Mornings are looking a little different these days! For those who are wanting to continue Children's Sunday School during this season of social distancing you can check out Bess's blog for all your SAPC kids news!

Children's Church-

Children's Church is a program for children in PreK4 and Kindergarten.  Children in these grades are dismissed mid-way through the worship service to join their teachers for lessons on "How to Worship in Big Church".

If you would like additional info about these or other children's programs at St. Andrews, please contact Bess at kids.SAPC@gmail.com

VACATION bible school

VBS is an exciting ministry where kids can have lots of fun and can learn about God’s great love for them in the person of Jesus Christ. Kids have an opportunity to sing, play games, enjoy fun crafts, hear Bible lessons from adults in costume, and fellowship with other children their age. VBS is held each summer for one week in mid-June.

WN club!

WN CLUB is a new mid-week Bible club program for students in PreK4-6th grade.  It takes place every  Wednesday evening and coincides with the Mid-Week at St. Andrews adult Bible study. The children's program offers a large group Bible lesson, Scripture memory activities, and Gametime.

Check the calendar for upcoming dates!

Children's special events

  • fall festival

Fall Festival is an annual event for the entire family that takes place in  October.  Fall Festival offers a time of church-wide fellowship as we enjoy food and games for all ages. Friends and Neighbors welcome!

  • Christmas Pageant

Each year children age 4 years to 6th grade re-tell the story of Jesus' coming from the prophesies of Isaiah to Angel of the Lord declaring His birth! This is one of the most cherished events of Advent and one the entire church family is invited to attend. Friends and family are invited to join us on Sunday December 13 at 5:30 PM for this program.

  • Easter Egg hunt

Following our annual Easter lunch on the grounds, St. Andrews hosts an Easter Egg Hunt for our children. This lunch gathering is a wonderful time to fellowship and celebrate the resurrection of our Lord on this special Sunday each year. And what child doesn’t love an Easter Egg filled with candy!
