SAPC Missions

The Missions Committee is assigned the task of appropriating money towards various organizations and ministry opportunities.  The Committee has a budget reviewed annually by the Diaconate and approved by the Session.  This amount has traditionally been approximately 15-20% of the overall annual budget.  In addition to supporting ministry organizations, the SAPC Missions Committee also provides some funding on a case-by-case basis for various short term mission trips taken by church members.

Scroll down to see more information regarding ways to get more involved, information on organizations that we support, and some photos from recent short term mission trips.

The GMC only happens once every three years, and missionaries from all over the world gather to hold seminars and share stories. This is an unparalleled opportunity to connect with PCA missions!

The St Andrew’s Missions Committee is prepared to help cover up to 50% of costs for the first 15 members attending.

Please contact Terry Newton at tjnewt1@gmail.com if interested in attending.

Short term missions

Short term mission trips are taken annually by members of the Church body.  Below are some photos from some recent trips.

Organizations We Sponsor

  • We are called to be obedient to the Great Commission by teaching people to follow Jesus as Lord and Savior, to be baptized, and to obey all that Jesus commands.

We want the gospel to spread throughout the world, the Church to grow, Satan's kingdom destroyed, and Christ's reign extended to the ends of the earth.

  • OUR CALLING: MNA coordinates church planting and missional partnerships to serve PCA churches and presbyteries in North America in their mission to grow and multiply biblically healthy churches.

OUR VISION: That God, by His grace and for His own glory, will transform the PCA into a grassroots church planting culture.

  • We are the Church going to the campus with the message of Jesus Christ. As a ministry of the Presbyterian Church in America, RUF holds to the convictions of historic Christianity which motivate our hearts for God and love for the university. These convictions include the need for new life in Christ, the authority of the Scriptures, and the mission of the Church to reach and equip all people with the message of the gospel.

  • Pioneers mobilizes teams to glorify God among unreached peoples by initiating church-planting movements in partnership with local churches.

  • Young Life began with a few simple ideas about sharing the truth of God’s love with adolescents. Seven decades later, those simple ideas have become time-tested methods for reaching out to middle school, high school and college students in friendship and hope.

  • To guide those we serve to become productive citizens in their home, church, and community by building their lives on the foundation of Jesus Christ. Our desire is to serve these men, women, and children by providing for their physical needs, promoting personal development and presenting them with the opportunity for life change through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

  • God loves children and so do we. Every child deserves a loving family—that’s where children thrive best—but so many children don’t have this blessing. At Bethany, we believe a loving family is a simple, proven, lasting answer to a child’s needs.
